In terms of cell color, a yellow cell represents positive correlation while a red cell represents negative correlation. In terms of cell borders, a black border represents functional module separation, a blue border represents significant interaction (p<1e-4) between two DNA motifs, a pink border represents significant interaction between two RNA motifs, and a green border represents significant interaction between a DNA and RNA motif.
